Digitization Project Submission Form

Complete this form and schedule a consultation with the Digitization Advisory Group if your project meets any of the following criteria:

- You want to ensure long-term access to your project.

- You plan to spend more than a day or two creating digital files.

- You anticipate there will be cumulative growth over time that will create a significant digital collection.

The Digitization Advisory Group will assist you in filling out a detailed digitization proposal. If grant funding is needed or if the libraries are expected to supply the funds, the planning process will require at least one month.
